For new patients 45-90 minutes
Follow-up visit/Medication Management (30 minutes) ***$150
Simple Medication Check (follow-up visits) $75
This is 15 minutes visit for establish patients
who only need medication management/medication refills
Report fee: $60
Other activities such as letter writing, telephone calls, filling out forms, etc.
$25 per 15 minutes.
