MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Medication management/follow-up appointments usually take about 20-30 minutes.During these appointments your provider will assess you for medication effectiveness, possible side effects, over all well-being, and offer support and encouragement.

PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION
Treatment begins with a psychiatric evaluation which usually takes 60 minutes.During these appointments, your provider will gather a complete psychiatric and general health history including hospitalizations, medication trials, and treatment strategies. You will also develop a treatment plan including medication and therapy as well as any referrals.

COUNSELING AND BRIEF PSYCHOTHERAPY
At Primrose Mental Health, brief psychotherapy consists of a combination of approaches such as mindfulness, reflective listening, and CBT with an integrative and holistic focus. Its goal is to explore your moods, feelings, thoughts and behaviors to foster healthy coping skills.

SPRAVATO
for Treatment-Resistance Disorder
SPRAVATO® is a prescription medicine
(nasal spray), usually used along with an antidepressant, taken by mouth, for treatment-resistant depression and acute suicidality in adults.
Primrose Mental Health is a SPRAVATO REMS Certified Treatment Center in Mankato, MN. It is normally a 2-hour appointment per session (twice per week for 4 weeks, then once weekly for 4 weeks and then every other week depending on individual reaction).
